Charlene Barnett Tullos, 77, a native of Bogalusa, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, January 31, at 2:35 p.m.

She is survived by her children, Carl Dewayne Tullos and wife Elizabeth “Bitty” Simmons Tullos of Plattenville, La., Gary Paul Tullos of Thibodaux, Theresa Rose Tullos, Deirdre Scioneaux and husband Cyril Scioneaux of Chackbay, La., and Pamela Gregoire and husband Wesley “PeeWee” Gregoire, of Napoleonville, La.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl O. Tullos; parents, Frank and Ruby Barnett; and brother, William “Bill” Barnett.

She was a housewife who was a devoted wife and mother.

A casual memorial service will be 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, February 6, at her home at 218 Manchester Manor in Thibodaux. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Springhill Cemetery in Franklinton, La.

Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
