Mildred “Marlene” Martin Curole, 77, a native of Martinsville, Ms., and a resident of Lockport, La., died Wednesday, February 4, at 12:17 a.m.
She is survived by her husband Patrick Curole; sons, Tony Ray Burt and wife Diana, and John Michael Burt and wife Carol; daughters, Shery Burt Fennell and husband Murphy, and Cindy Burt Matherne and husband Mike; brother, Billy Martin; sisters, Maude Alice Hedgecock and Adonis Johnson; grandchildren, Eric Jenkins, Windy Authement, Jesse Matherne, Jamey Matherne and Austin Murphy; and great-grandchildren, B.J. Authement and Tristan Authement.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Lee Martin and Emma Mae Marler Martin; brothers, John Martin Sr. and Carl Martin; and sister, Voncille Fiala.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, February 6, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. A religious service will be at 11 a.m. with burial at Holy Savior Cemetery in Lockport.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
