Clayton Martin Theriot, 81, a native of Bayou Black, La., and resident of Houma, La., died at 9:08 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011.
Mr. Theriot was a retired after 40 years as a truck driver for Patterson Delta Iron Works and Terrebonne Lumber. He was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Theriot; children, JoAnn Jeansonne, Russell and David (Chairettie) Theriot and Eunice (Ricky) Price; sisters, Margaret Hatch and Thelma Sick; brothers, Sidney (Loanalee) and Edward (Molly) Theriot; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney and Eunice Theriot; sisters, Ethel Vadnais, Irene Boudreaux and Leola Catherine; and brothers, James, Felix, Paul and Sylvester Theriot.
Burial was at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Samart)
