Cleda M. Figgs, 62, a resident of Chauvin, LA. and a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, died at 12:13 a.m. Sunday, December 10, 2006.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the Montegut Baptist Church in Montegut, LA.
She is survived by one brother, Claude Figgs III of Georgia.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude Figgs II and Wera Daugherty Figgs.
She was employed with Terrebonne General Medical Center as a Registered Nurse and was a member of the A.P.C. and the R.R.C.U.S.
Donations can be made to the Humane Society.
Samart Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
