Clifton Oscar Wilson, 90, a resident of Houma, La., died Monday, April 28, 2014.
Mr. Wilson was a U.S. Navy veteran and former owner of Patterson Real Estate & Insurance Agency. He was past president of the Bayou Board of Realtors and served as a deacon at Mulberry Baptist Church. He had a zest for living and enjoyed the annual Arkansas deer hunts and gatherings of family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Jewerline Wilson; daughters, Sandra (Ron) Brooks and Linda Stone; brothers, Charles and Randall Wilson; sister, Gerlene Weaver; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Frances Wilson; and brother, M. Terrell Wilson.
Visitation will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 2, at Mulberry Baptist Church with services to follow. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery. (Chauvin)
