Clothilde Vega Fayette, 87, a native and resident of Cut Off, LA., died at 10:40 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2007.
Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to funeral time Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off. Mass will be at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the church.
She is survived by her son, Edison Fayette; her daughter, Gloryann Fayette Esponge and husband, Harold “Rock” Esponge; six grandchildren, Faron Normon, Terrie Ducote, Heath Norman, Elizabeth Fayette, Dillon Fayette and Shelby Fayette; her sister, Vida Galliano; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Fayette; her parents, Weber E. Vega and Odelia Triche Vega; her brother, Napoleon “Blue” Vega; and two sisters, Vina Adams and Enola Gisclair.
She was a parishioner of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
