Daisy Mae Billiot, 64, a native and resident of Morgan City, La., died Monday, Feb. 13, 2012.
Ms. Billiot was a loving and outgoing person who cherished spending time with her family and friends. She always made time to lend an ear and never held back from giving advice she thought was needed. She was known to voice her opinion. She was an avid Saints and LSU fan and loved dancing and spending time outdoors.
She is survived by her sons, Armond Jr. (Katherine) and Jarrod Sr. (Mary) LeBlanc; daughter, Michele LeBlanc; sisters, Betty (Willie) Young, Natalie DeHart, Lily Torras and Madina and Anna Billiot; brothers, Joe, Sidney (Brenda), Ernest, Preston and Willard Billiot; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Billiot; mother, Daisy Konesky; stepfather, Walter Konesky; and brothers, Eugene and Dennis Billiot.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Hargrave)
