Daniel Andrew Scully Sr., 60, a resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, June 10, 2012.
Mr. Scully was a welder and fitter in the shipbuilding industry for many years at both Scully Brother’s Boat Builders and Conrad Industries. His passion for the outdoors could be as simple as sitting outside enjoying a beautiful day. He also enjoyed listening to and playing music.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mary Scully; daughters, Jenny (John Jr.) Bailey, Jaime Scully and Jan (Deric) Cavalier; son, Daniel Scully Jr.; siblings, Raymond, Bob, Ann, Wayne, Betty, Judy and Kenny; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wilbert and Clara Stephens; parents, Raymond Sr. and Joyce Scully; brother, Ronald Scully Sr.; and sister, Cheryl Miller. (Hargrave)
