Donna Folse Usey, 54, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Saturday, April 12, 2014.
Mrs. Usey was a dedicated wife and mother, proud grandmother and loyal and loving sister. She was an accomplished business owner of Triple Esscent Candles.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Steve Usey Sr.; children, Steve II (Samantha), Chris (Ellie), Dustin and Destini Usey; two sisters; five brothers; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Sr. and Nellie Folse; and brother, Timmy Folse.
Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
