Doris Lathrop Bouzigard, 96, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Sunday, April 20, 2014.
She is survived by her sons, Ivy Jr. (Lorranie) and Brad (Wendy) Bouzigard; daughter, Juliette (Gerald) Louviere; brother, Morrison Lathrop; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivy Bouzigard Sr.; parents, Woodford Sr. and Leoncia Lathrop; daughter, Judith Pitre; brothers, Woodford Jr., Davidson, Bradford and Lorris Lathrop; sisters, Leonore Pitre, Nora Anselmi, Carrie Cheramie, Onise Galliano, Dorothy Sacco and Georgina Gaspard; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
