Dorothy Verdun Causey, 87, a native of St. Charles Parish, LA. and resident of Hammond, LA., died Sunday, February 11, 2007.


Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland, LA. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by one brother, Roland Verdun.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Joseph Causey; her parents, Lucien and Angelle Pertuit Verdun; three brothers, Lucien Verdun, Davey J. Verdun and Valcour Verdun; and two sisters, Pearl Usey and Vivian Winningham.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
