Dutch Anthony “Shannon” Mire, 42, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, April 3, 2014.
Mr. Mire enjoyed spending time with his family and had a passion for fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Nita Mire; and sisters, Sharon (Joseph) Martino and Roslyn (Bryan Sr.) Brock.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carroll Mire.
Visitation will be 10:30 to 11 a.m. Friday, April 11, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with mass to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Thibodaux)
