Dwain “Hog” Carrell, 55, a native of Ashdown, Ar., and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Friday, December 26, 2008.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Carrell; his mother, Dorothy Johnston Carrell; one son, Matthew Carrell; one daughter, Heather Carrell Cantrelle; three brothers, Kenneth Carrell, Danny Carrell and Guy Carrell; one sister, Joy Carrell; and two grandchildren, Dawson Lee Carrell and Alexa Hallie Carrell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Carrell.
Burial was at St. Joseph Cemetery in Galliano, La.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
