Edgar Joseph “EJ” Guidry, 85, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Wednesday, April 23, 2014.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan Stoltz; stepdaughters, Diane Breaux and Pam Naquin; stepson, Kevin Toups; brother, Earl Guidry; sister, Dorothy Caillouete; one grandchild; and several step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his second wife, Virgie Guidry; daughter, Marlene Guidry; stepson, Jerome Toups; brothers, Clabert, Lester, Prosper and Sidney Jr. Guidry; sisters, Laura Toups, Edith Adams, Mabel and Odette Bergeron, Bessie Gaudet, Iver Gros and Eloise Guidry; parents, Sidney and Laura Guidry; and one step-grandchild.
Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery. (Thibodaux)
