Families appeal for empathy with state closures
November 8, 2010Evelia Mary Rhodes Picou, 89, a native of Morgan City, La., and a resident of Conway, Ark., died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2010.
She is survived by her sons, Armond (Catherine), Ralph (Marie), Regan (Lisa) and Irvin Picou; daughter, Helen (Virgil) Pilgrim; brothers, Sidney and Willie Rhodes; sister, Doris Guidry; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery.
