Evelyn Neill Lirette, 80, a native of England and resident of Houma, La. died Thursday, June 21, 2007 at 3:37pm.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Joseph Rodrigue Sr., Dewey J. Rodrigue Jr. and his wife Yvonne, and Stephen Rodrigue Sr. and his wife Amiee; one daughter, Diana Hebert and her husband Arthur; one stepdaughter, Shirley Goodwin and her husband Jerry; one sister, Ann Levron and her husband Ivy; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dewey Rodrigue Sr.; her second husband, Leo “Bobby” Paul Lirette; her parents, Henry Neill and Sarah Hutchinson Neill; one daughter, Catherine Rodrigue; one granddaughter, Natasha Billiot; and two brothers, Tommy and Harry Neill.
Evelyn was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Houma.
She is buried at Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery in Houma.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
