Felix John Landry Sr., 75, a native and resident of Plattenville, La., died Sunday, April 1, 2012.


Mr. Landry was the former owner of Landry’s Meat Market in Klotzville, La. He was an amazing father and family man who enjoyed watching sports, being outdoors and playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and 4th Degree.


He is survived by his son, Felix Jr. (Brenda) Landry; daughters, Liz (Jeffry) Templet, Linda (Sterling Jr.) Boudreaux, Laurie (Leland) Falcon, Anne (Ronnie) Breaux and Jeanie (Patrick) Naquin; siblings, Joyce Cavalier, Jeanne Bergeron, Suzanne and Alice Boudreaux, Lillie Templet, Enola Vedros and Bobbie Thibodeaux; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by wife, Harriet Landry; parents, Felix and Lillian Landry; sister, Shirley Cavalier; and brother, Anthony Landry.

Interment was at Assumption Catholic Church Cemetery in Plattenville. (Landry’s)
