Frances “Willie Mae” Allen Rapheal, 83, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012.
She is survived by her daughter, Deriska (Mitchell) Jackson; son, Jackie Gleason; and grandchildren, Demea Jackson and Zita Andrus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emma and Gus Allen; son, Vincent Gleason; brothers, James Carter and Andrew, Adolph and Walter Allen; and sisters, Ida Allen, Gussie Bellard, Eliska Lewis and Ruth Whitfield. (Kennedy)
