Francis Vin Billiot, 75, a native and resident of Grand Bois, La., died Saturday, January 12, 2008, at 10:07 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Jane Kiger Billiot; one son, Darrel Kizer Billiot; two daughters, Gladys Naquin, and Deborah Marie Verdin; one brother, Ray Billiot; 20 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Victoria Billiot; one son, Terry D. Billiot; eight brothers, Mack, Adam, Addless, Alcee, Alfred, Alton, Ernest, and Joseph Billiot; and four sisters, Adele Molaison, Adeline Dardar, and Eve and Rita Billiot.
Francis was a parishioner of Bethel Baptist Church.
Visitation is from 6:00 p.m. to midnight Monday, January 14, 2008, and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2008, at Bethel Baptist Church with the funeral to follow. He will be buried in Bisland Cemetery.
