Sailing museums embark for Houma

February 19, 2012Garvais Templet, 83, a native of Pierre Part, La., died Thursday, Feb. 9,
2012.
Mr. Templet was an employee of Swift Ship in Morgan City, La., for 20 years. He was especially fond of gardening and loved to visit with people.
He is survived by his brother, Sam (Lois) Templet; niece, Eve (CJ) Rivero; and nephews, Scott (Tammy) and Phil Templet.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline and Duvillier Templet; and niece, Delphine Boudreaux.
Interment was at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church Cemetery. (Ourso)
