Gussy J. Martin, 84, a native of Chackbay, La., and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Monday, May 13, 2013.
He is survived by his sons, Brian (Linda), Wayne (Jesslyn) and Randy (Beth) Martin; daughters, Susan (Henry) Allemand and Linda (Jimmy) Sadler; sister, Shirley Blanchard; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Martin; parents, Frank Sr. and Marie Martin; son, Glenn Martin; daughter, Brenda Martin; and brothers, Frank Jr., Agneil and O’Neil Martin.
Visitation will be 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 17, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
