Harold Joseph Bonvillain, 86, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Monday, Nov. 18, 2013.
Mr. Bonvillain was a great adventurer, ultra-lite and sea plane pilot, musician and carpenter.
He is survived by his son, Michael Bonvillain; daughters, Christine (Mark) Elfer, Terri (Chris) Straley and Phyllis Bonvillain; sisters, Betty Oliver, Carol Blanchard and Ruth Scurto; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Bonvillain; parents, Burdy and Mabel Bonvillain; son, Harold Bonvillain Jr.; daughter, Diane Bonvillain; brothers, John, George and Ray Bonvillain; and sister, Laura Daigle.
Burial is at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. (Chauvin)
