Harold “Ray” Pearson Sr., 61, a resident of Montegut, LA. and a native of Austin, TX., died at 6 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2007.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 2007 at Samart Funeral Home in Houma, LA. A mass will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his son, Harold “Dusty” Pearson Jr.; his daughters, Tammy Powell, Terry, Barbara Kendrick, Debra, and Molly; his brother, Charlie Owen Pearson; his sisters, Lena Moore and Gaylene Simons; and three grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Francis Maynard Pearson; his parents, George C. and Grace J. Priest Pearson; his brother, Andrew C. Pearson; and his sister, Mona Blakney.
Samart Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
