Helen Theresa Simoneaux Faucheux, 82, a native of Donaldsonville, La., former resident of Wallace, La., and resident of Luling Living Center for 12 years, died Friday June 3, 2011.
Mrs. Faucheux was a member of the St. Philip, No. 1504 Catholic Daughters of the Americas.
She is survived by her daughter, Louise (Brent) Fontenot; sons, David (Diane), Paul (Pepper), Glenn (Crystal) and Joey (Debbie) Faucheux; sister Edith Miglicco; brothers M. J., Herbert and Russel Simoneaux; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Faucheux; parents, Milton and Louise Simoneaux; and daughter-in-law Susan Tregre Faucheux.
The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Luling Living Center for the care of their mother and staff of Hospice Compassus for the last two months.
Burial was at St. Philip Catholic Church Cemetery in Vacherie, La. (Ourso)
