July 7, 2010Horace “Hawk” Kiffe, 72, a native of Galliano, La., and resident of Larose, La., died at 7:32 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2010.
Mr. Kiffe was Catholic.
He is survived by his wife, Claudette Richardelle Kiffe; son, Patrick Kiffe; daughters, Angela (Louis) Billiot and Sondra (Jamie) Trosclair; brothers, Leroy, Steven, Curlen, Edman and Rickey Kiffe, Ray and D.J. Cheramie and Hubert Kiffe; sisters, Ingrid Bruce and Laura Mae Barrios; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lodriguess and Celeste “Domie” Gisclair Kiffe and Victoria Toups; one son, Kevin Kiffe; one brother, Edwin Kiffe; and two sisters, Eula Cook and Brunella Theriot.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society are preferred.
He is buried at Our Lady of the Rosary Church Cemetery in Larose.
