February 19, 2014Ike Adams, 58, a resident of Raceland, La., died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014.
Mr. Adams was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Viola Adams; sons, Ike (Doris) and Jeremey (Markita) Adams; daughter, Rojunda Adams; sisters, Elizabeth Robinson and Geraldine (Leroy) Ard; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Beatrice Stratton and Alberta and Ivory Adams; brothers, Cyrus and Willie Stratton; and sisters, Dorothy Adams and Gloria Shelby.
Burial is at Morning Star Cemetery in Raceland. (Community)
