Isaac Moore, 89, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Flora H. Moore of Thibodaux; one daughter, Elizabeth Moore of Johnson Ridge, La.; eight sons, Timothy Moore and wife, Natalie of Houston, Texas, Thomas A. Moore and wife, Carolyn, Bobby Moore and wife, Cheryl, Christopher Moore, Oscar Moore, and Archie Moore, all of Thibodaux, Marvin Moore and wife, Gwendolyn of Kenner, La., and Kirby Moore and wife, Deborah of Baton Rouge, La.; and one sister, Albertha Davis of Thibodaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaiah Sr. and Susie Moore; two sons, Willie Moore and Larry Moore Sr.; two daughters, Mary Kathryn Moore and Brenda Lee Moore; two brothers Isaiah Moore Jr. and Oscar Moore; and six sisters, Mary Moore, Ida Johnson, Victoria Taylor, Olivia Carter, Beatrice Moore and Viola Bolden.
He was a member of Moses Baptist Church and a member of St. Joseph Masonic Lodge 15 of Thibodaux.
Burial was at Moses Baptist Cemetery No. 2 in Thibodaux.
