Houma man arrested for theft

Jackie Marie Armand, 40, a native of Pineville, LA. and resident of Baton Rouge, LA., died at 2:10 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2007.
Visitation will be from 10 to 12:30 p.m. Monday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, LA. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow, LA., with interment in the church mausoleum.
She is survived by her parents, Theresa Ann Descant Armand and Billy Anthony Armand; her grandmother, Cecile Prevot; five brothers, Anthony, Steve, Kim, Kenneth and Ray Armand; and two sisters, Cynthia A. Lanasse and Monique Armand.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Onedia Bordelon Descant, Esnard Descant and Ogden Armand; one daughter, Jackie John Chennilairo; and a sister, Anita Armand.
She enjoyed music and loved animals.
Falgout Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
