Janice Theriot Sherman, 73, a native of Centerville, La., and resident of Bayou Sale, La., died at 3:35 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2012.
Mrs. Sherman was secretary/treasurer for the Calvary Bible Church in Centerville. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and gardening but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Sherman; daughters, Stacey (Lawrence) Guillory and Theri Jo (Rhett) Candella; brothers, Roy (Fern), Barney Jr. (Charlene), Rodney and Dalton (Joyce) Theriot; sisters, Raye (Louis) Dumesnil, Gay Theriot and Faith (Lonnie) Pesson; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Joseph and Robert Sherman; parents, Barney Sr. and Hazel Theriot; and sisters, Ethel Hohnstein and Barbara Woolbright.
Burial was at Presbyterian Cemetery in Centerville. (Ibert’s)
