Jayenese Marie Tabor, 43, a native and resident of Choctaw, LA., died at 7:35 a.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2007.


Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today at St. James Catholic Chapel, with burial in St. James Catholic Cemetery.


She is survived by her mother, Melba M. Tabor; her grandfather, Hudson Tabor; two brothers, Scotty Tabor and wife, Lisa, and Phil Tabor and wife, Vanessa; her godchild, Lenore Rink; two nieces, Brittany Tabor and Brooke Tabor; and one nephew, Bryson Tabor.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roland Tabor; and her grandparents, Edward and Aelodie Tabor and Jeanette Tabor.

She enjoyed making rosaries, bingo and plastic canvas.

She was a parishioner of St. James Catholic Chapel.

Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
