Jerome W. “Bubba” Brooks, 25, a native of Belle Rose, La., and resident of Prairieville, La., died Monday, September 24, 2007.
He is survived by his parents, Lynette Brooks and Jerome Levy; five sisters, Latasha Brooks, Kara, Kyla, and Kayla Brooks, and Keyonikka Carter; his grandparents, Ann Rita Landry and Linell Brooks, Sr.; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Everette and Laura Levy.
Visitation is Friday, September 28 2007, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Williams and Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville and Saturday, September 29 2007, from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral to follow at First Israel Baptist Church in Belle Rose. He will be buried in the church cemetery.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home are in charge of the arrangements.
