Jim Joseph Loupe, Sr., 55, a resident and native of Lockport, La., died Monday, Dec. 18, 2006.
Visitation will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. funeral time Thursday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport with burial in the church mausoleum.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Plaisance Loupe; 2 sons, Jim Loupe, Jr., Jason Loupe and companion Lisa Knight; one daughter, Jessica Loupe Colson and husband, Joseph Colson, III; 5 grandchildren, Jadyn, Coby, and Rebecca Loupe, and Joseph, IV and Sierra Colson; he is also survived by 10 sisters and one brother.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Loupe, Sr. and Lucina Dupre Loupe, and one brother, Joseph Loupe.
He was a former employee of Roy L. Baudoin Furniture Company in Lockport.
Falgout Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
