Jimmie McGill Bilyeu, 84, a native of Elliot, Ark. and former resident of Golden Meadow, La. and current resident of New Hebron, Ms., died Thursday, December 27, 2007, at 2:09 p.m.


He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Williams Bilyeu; two sons, Dennis Bilyeu and his wife Rene and Jimmie Bilyeu, Jr. and his wife Suzette; three brothers, Wallace, J.P., and Woodie Bilyeu; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Perry and Deloris Burris Bilyeu; and one sister, Matta Lois Evans.


Jimmie was a Mason and a member of the American Legion.

Visitation is Sunday, December 30, 2007, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Monday, December 31, 2007, from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with the funeral to follow at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano, La. He will be buried in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Golden Meadow.

In lieu of lowers donations can be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Inc. Office of Development, 1501 NW 9th Avenue, Bob Hope Road, Miami, Fl. 33136-1494.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
