John J. Martinolich, 93, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday Oct. 9, 2012.
Mr. Martinolich was a veteran of World War II and a kind, loving father and grandfather. In his early years, he loved to fish and hunt with his sons.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Mabel Martinolich; sons, Derril (Jo-Ann), James (Carolyn) and Ray (Julie) Martinolich; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dominick and Mary Martinolich; and brothers, Nick, Octave, Joseph and Andrew Martinolich.
Interment was at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Thibodaux)
