August 22, 2011Jori Lirette, 7, a resident of Thibodaux, La., died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011.
He is survived by his mother, Jesslyn Lirette; grandparents, Delene and Barry Himel and Dale Sr. and Rebecca Lirette; great-grandparents, Ashley and Deanna Lirette, Emelda and Robert Cadierre and Junius and Debbie Himel; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lloyd and Dolores Poche.
Visitation will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, Aug. 22, at Thibodaux Funeral Home and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23 at St. Genevieve Catholic Church in Thibodaux with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. A candlelight vigil will be 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, at Peltier Park in Thibodaux. (Thibodaux)
