Josephine Canty LaCoste
Josephine “Fena” Canty LaCoste, 82, a native of Berwick, La., and resident of Ricohoc, La., died Thursday, March 29, 2012.
Mrs. LaCoste was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family, fishing, hunting and trapping with her husband. She was a good cook; the best there was according to her family. She loved the Lord.
She is survived by her son, Elmer LaCoste; daughters, Monica (Donald) Gallipeau and Tilse Fuselier; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer LaCoste; parents, George Sr. and Sidney Canty; brothers, George Jr. and Carl Canty; and sisters, Geraldine Canty, and Mary Gallier.
Interment was at Berwick Mausoleum. (Hargrave)
