Louella Marie Pellegrin Bourg
Louella Marie Pellegrin Bourg, 86, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 6:07 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2012.
Mrs. Bourg was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a homemaker and a member of the Ladies Altar Society and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing bingo and pokeno and going to the senior citizens hall in Chauvin. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and devoted Catholic.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Nolan Bourg; son, Gaylen (Joni) Bourg; daughters, Mary (Conrad Sr.) Picou and Lynell (Ronald) Johnson; two stepbrothers; three stepsisters; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eustice and Celestine Pellegrin; brothers, Eddie, Aaron and Norman Pellegrin; sisters, Lethia Bourg, Laura LeCompte and Iona Pellegrin; and one grandchild.
Burial was at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
