Joyce B. Dickerson, 51, a native of Klotzville, La., and a resident of Peterville, La., died at Assumption Community Hospital Monday, December 15.
She is survived by her husband, Herman Dickerson of Peterville; two sons and spouses, Michael Sr. and Tessa Dickerson of Plattenville, La., and Desmond Dickerson of Valparaiso, Fl.; her father, Philip Breaux of Klotzville; two sisters, Dorothy Neal of San Francisco, Ca., and Theresa Porter of Houston, Tx.; two brothers, Phillip Jr. and Calvin Breaux of Klotzville; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Brown Breaux.
She was owner of Simply Beautiful LLC and was a retired Walmart employee.
Burial was at St. Augustine Catholic Church Cemetery in Klotzville.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
