Kevin “K-Love” Hester, 44, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, April 27, 2007.
Burial will be in Young Ladies Benevolent Cemetery in Raceland.
He is survived by his mother, Geneva Hester of Raceland; one daughter, Cristen D. Allen; four brothers, Tyrone, Wayne and Carl Hester of Raceland and Kenny Hester of Lockport, La.; one stepbrother, Timothy Lofton of Raceland; three sisters, Brenda H. Richardson of Raceland, Dianna Hester of Boutte, La. and Shelia Hester of Houma, La.; and two stepsisters, Kathleen Lofton and Melaine Lofton of Raceland.
He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Hester Sr.; one brother, Norman Hester Jr.; one stepsister, Luberta Coleman; and his grandparents, Warren Hester Sr., Irene Hester, Henry Ward and Victoria Ward.
He was Baptist.
Kennedy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
