Kier Hills Sr., 81, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 1:24 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2011.
He is survived by his son, Emanuel Hills; daughter, Evelina Coler; brother, Edward Hills; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Duncan Hills; parents, McKinley Sr. and Cornelia Dunn Hills; one son, Kier Hills Jr.; and one brother, McKinley Hills Jr.
He is buried at Allen Chapel Cemetery in Thibodaux. (Landry’s)
