Labon “Jake” Porche Jr., 66, a native of Point-a-la-Hache, La., and a resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, February 14, at 6:10 p.m.
He is survived by his former wife, Amy F. Porche; sons, Jeremy H. Porche and wife April W. Porche, and Jason J. Porche and wife Jessica M. Porche; daughter, Shannon R. Porche; sister, Barbara P. Ochello; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Labon J. Porche Sr. and Doris M. Falgout Porche.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, and 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland with the funeral service to follow.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
