Lawrence “Chicken” Frank Robert Sr., 94, a native of Ama, LA. and resident of Luling, LA., died at 4:50 a.m. Sunday, February 25, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hahnville, LA. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
He is survived by two sons, Lawrence Robert Jr. and Ralph Robert Sr.; one daughter, Elaine St. Pierre; one brother, Lucien Robert; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Gaubert Robert; his parents, Louis and Odalie Hymel Robert; three brothers, Luke, Norbert and Hebert Robert; and four sisters, Anaise Gonzales, Althea Robert, Vivian Faucheaux and Mable Robert.
He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
