Lela Dupre Leonard, 74, a native of Terrebonne Parish, LA. and resident of Houma, LA., died at 4:40 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2007.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Falgout Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel, with burial in Bisland Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, Larry Leonard and wife, Mona, of Houma, Jerry Leonard and wife, Cynthia, of Houma and Harris Leonard Jr. and wife, Vicky, of Gibson, LA.; two daughters, Linda Stoufflet and husband, Dave, of Chauvin, LA. and Susan Dardar and husband, Paul, of Houma; two brothers, Edward Dupre of Montegut, LA. and Alley Dupre of Bourg, LA.; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Francis Leonard Sr.; her parents, Joe and Carrie Usie Dupre; one brother, Allen Dupre; and two sisters, Mae LeBouef and Leola Martin.
She was a member of Bourg Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations to help with funeral expenses are preferred.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
