Lenora B. Chiasson, 56, a native of Hebert, Louisiana, and resident of Lockport, Louisiana, died Wednesday, July 9, 2014.
Simple words are inadequate to portray the strength, integrity, caring, and love that Mrs. Chiasson carried with her throughout her life. She will always be with us in spirit, living on through the values that she instilled in her children.
Mrs. Chiasson is survived by her husband, Manton “Paul” Chiasson Jr.; sons, Ronald (Windy) Chavez Jr. and Max (Brittany Martin) Chavez; daughter, Chryshonda (Fabian) LaBiche; stepdaughter, Skyla Chiasson; brothers, Roger and Reggie Burton; sisters, Betty Bass, Lavon Kelly, Vondee Burton, Elaine Gilbert, Bess Burton; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert M. Burton; mother, Audrey V. Bush Burton; brothers, Richard, Tom, Frank and Ronnie Burton; and sister, Doris Stem.
Burial is at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church Cemetery.
