Leslie “Leck” Roy Arceneaux, 87, a native of New Orleans, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, April 14, 2014.
Mr. Arceneaux loved his family and living life. He loved to work and found peace and happiness piddling in his barn fixing things.
He is survived by his wife, Carmelite Arceneaux; son, Lynn (Becky) Arceneaux; daughters, Kathleen (Wayne) Authement and Mary Arceneaux; brother, Donald Arceneaux; sister, Gloria Clarke; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his son, Roy Arceneaux Sr.; brother, Berkley Arceneaux; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, at Chauvin Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery. (Chauvin)
