Residents raising a stink brings results on sewage odor

Lillian C. Cola, 83, a native and resident of Paincourtville, La., died Tuesday, July 19, 2011.
Mrs. Cola was a homemaker.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Rev. Albert Sr.) Adams; sons, Eddie (Annette), Bobby (Carmen), Martin (Veronica), Ricky (Sue) and Michael Williams; sister, Florence Carter; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She preceded in death by her parents, Mariah and Charlie Carter; first husband, Eddie Williams Sr.; second Naymon Cola; daughter, Mariah Brown; sons, Edward Charles and Bernard Williams; one granddaughter; one great-granddaughter; sisters, Rosanna Carter and Theresa Adams; and brothers, Lawrence, Welton and Alton Carter.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, July 29 at Williams & Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville, La., and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30 at Virginia Baptist Church in Ewellville, La. Religious services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday conducted by Rev. Lloyd Jones. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Williams & Southall)
