Lloyd Joseph Baudoin, 77, a native of Theriot, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 2 p.m.
He is survived by his, wife, Clara Jean Abadie Baudoin; one son, Kendall P. Baudoin of Sealy, Texas; three daughters, Andrea B. Galliano and husband Tim of Houma, Denise B. Arceneaux and husband Kevin of Bourg, La., and Laura B. Ledet and husband Claude of Houma; one brother, Raymond Baudoin and wife Barbara of Gray, La.; two sisters, Katherine B. Lewis of Panama City, Fla., and Ella Mae B. Buquet and husband Jeffery of Houma; one sister-in-law, Charlene Baudoin of Houma; 11 grandchildren, Dr. Gretchen Galliano, Chris and Scott Galliano, Shelton and Shaun Baudoin, Tara and Kami Arceneaux, Michael, Ryan and Sarah Ledet, and Gabrielle Baudoin; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar J. Baudoin and Odile Bergeron Baudoin; one son, Carey Lloyd Baudoin; two brothers, Harold and Felix Baudoin; and two sisters, Marie B. Poiencot and Rita B. Theriot.
He was retired from CRC Wireline and enjoyed cooking and camping with his family. He was Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Terrebonne General Medical Center, Physicians Alliance Hospital and Dr. Russell Henry and his staff.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, at Chauvin Funeral Home and 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the church with burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
