Lorie Breaux, 48, a native of Cheniere and a resident of Cut Off, La., died Sunday, May 11.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Breaux Sr.; her father, Harvey Cheramie; sons, Chad Breaux and Chris Breaux Jr.; brothers, Billy, Harry and Harvey Cheramie Jr.; sisters, Rosemary Vegas, Darlene Ougel and Laura Mae Cheramie; and grandson, Kyle Christopher Breaux.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Verna Frickey Cheramie Crosby; and brother, Michael Cheramie.
She loved to talk to people and was Catholic.
She was buried at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery in Golden Meadow, La.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home of Cut Off is in charge of the arrangements.
