Louis P. Braud, 76, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 at 8:00am.
He is survived by four sons, David, Roger, Henry Paul and Michael Braud; three daughters, Debra B. Blanchard, Susan B. Thibodaux and Patricia B. Martin; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jolene Van Sickel Braud; his parents, Henry P. Braud and Cecile Boudreaux Braud; one son, Louis Braud Jr.; one brother, Richard H. Braud; and one granddaughter, Andrea Braud.
Visitation is Saturday, July 7, 2007 from 8:30am until 11:00am with the funeral to follow at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux. He will be buried in the church cemetery.
