Louis Breaux, 55, a native and resident of Bayou Goula, La., died Sunday, April 6.
He is survived by his mother, Julia Dunbar Breaux of Bayou Goula; sons, Maurice and Christopher; sisters, Dianne Young and husband, James, Mildred, Brenda and Shirley Breaux, Irene Stewart and husband, Edward, Vinnie Washington and Audrey Carter; brothers, Jimmy Breaux and wife, Linda, Spencer Batiste and Joseph Breaux Jr.; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Breaux Sr.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He was buried at Port Hudson National Cemetery.
Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville, La., is in charge of the arrangements.
